Earn up to $28.63/hour within 24 months in a steady, fast-paced logistics and distribution role with strong starting pay, shift premiums, and five pay increases in your first 24 months.

Pay

Starting pay with progression to $28.63/hour within 24 months. Performance bonuses twice per year based on plant and company goals.

Schedule

Thursday–Saturday every other Sunday, 5:00 PM–5:00 AM.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain a forklift safely while following plant, USDA, SQF, and SMP guidelines
  • Retrieve product from cooler storage racks and prepare it for distribution using FIFO and customer requirements
  • Use scanning devices to track product movement and inventory accurately
  • Consolidate and re-palletize product once cooling requirements are met
  • Pull product from the production floor to the cooler and transfer packaging materials as needed
  • Support logistics office coverage, communicate with drivers and schedulers, and track special orders
  • Maintain housekeeping, sanitation, QC records, and teamwork across the logistics area

Requirements

  • Safe, reliable forklift operation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and food-safety requirements
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced logistics environment
  • Ability to use proper lifting techniques and support physical warehouse tasks
  • Commitment to safety, quality, attendance, and accurate product handling
  • Pass a post-offer background check and drug screen
  • Maintain reliable attendance and arrive on time for scheduled shifts
  • Be available for overtime and weekend work when needed
  • Proficiency in reading and comprehension of the English language
  • Willingness to rotate between logistics support tasks as assigned by plant leadership

Qualifications

Stand-up forklift experience required.
