Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of kitchen equipment and surfaces during night shifts.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning tasks.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues to management.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment effectively.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Assist in deep cleaning projects as assigned by supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and tasks completed.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, especially in commercial settings.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Must be able to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
