About the role
Scenic Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on the night shift. This is a permanent, on-site position located in Herculaneum, Missouri, offering a stable full-time schedule in a skilled nursing, long-term care (LTC), or rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long-Term Care (LTC) setting
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to physician orders
- Assess residents and promptly report changes in condition
- Monitor resident health status and respond appropriately to clinical needs
- Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Collaborate with Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Assist with resident care planning and implementation
- Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life
- Follow all state, federal, and facility policies and regulations
Requirements
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri (Required)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the healthcare team
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing experience preferred, but not required
Schedule
Consistent 12-hour night shift schedule (7:00 PM–7:00 AM).
