In This Role You Will
- Resolve unplanned downtime events and drive successful recoveries with high reliability
- Maintain an ongoing preventive maintenance program to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Work closely with engineers and operations teams to support equipment upgrade project timelines and objectives
- Ensure that standard operating procedures and engineering procedures are current, accurate, and that all work is done in compliance to ensure maximum quality
- Provide a shift-to-shift communication summary to keep all team members aligned and working toward the same goals, priorities, and expand communication to relevant audiences impacted or to bring awareness
- Manage existing spares inventory and keep inventory accurate
- Document maintenance activities and any modifications made to equipment
- Comply with company safety regulations and department safety programs and all company policies and procedures
- Contribute to a positive work culture, encourage good build practices, and help create and improve robust engineering workflows and processes
What We’re Looking For
- Four years or more of industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Mechatronics-Electrical and/or Controls Automation, Equipment Test experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Strong preventive maintenance development experience, familiarity with reliability-centered maintenance principles preferred and project management skills and Lean Manufacturing experience
- Able to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality, quantity, manage multiple tasks with competing priorities, establish and achieve goals with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work night shift schedule, including weekday, weekends, and/or overtime; must be able to change schedule based on business needs given an advance notice is provided
- Good computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office a must, familiarity with CMMS preferred
- Troubleshoot using mechanical and electrical schematics/diagram prints

- The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 plus stock and benefits. Pay within the range is based on candidate experience and relevant skills.
