Night Shift Assistant Machine Operator - Sign on Bonus

Sign-on bonus: $1,250, paid out in increments (90 days, 190 days, and 1 year). Starting pay: $21–$25/hour depending on experience and shift.
Responsibilities
- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals
- Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects
- Participate in training and support team development
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand 12 hours consecutively
- Ability to pull, lift, or carry at least 50 lbs
- Ability to perform in a hot environment
- Effective communication with team members
Schedule
- 12-hour shift: 5 PM – 5 AM, Monday–Thursday or Friday–Sunday
