The Pfister Hotel is seeking a dynamic Night Manager to oversee overnight operations and provide exceptional guest experiences. You will manage hotel operations, address guest concerns, and ensure a safe, seamless, and memorable experience for both guests and team members.
Position Requirements
- Previous hotel experience required; supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to professionally resolve guest concerns and create positive experiences.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, while maintaining professionalism and accountability.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Comfort using hotel technology, computers, and communication systems.

About the Role
You will take charge of hotel operations during evening and overnight shifts, serving as the Manager on Duty and ensuring a seamless guest experience. You will create memorable guest experiences by resolving concerns quickly, professionally, and with a hospitality-first mindset. You will navigate complex guest and team member situations with professionalism, diplomacy, and strong problem-solving skills. You will champion hotel quality standards through nightly inspections of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
