Night Manager

About the role

Restaurant Depot. a national wholesale restaurant supplier is seeking an experienced candidate for the position of Night Manager for our Anaheim, CA location. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the store's night crew team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of retail workers
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Train and evaluate employees

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar level capacity in a high volume retail or big box environment (preferred)
• Multi-tasking individual with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge in inventory control, P and L, budgeting, merchandising, employee development, recruitment, and human resource-related issues
• Self-starter able to manage a large staff (25+)
• Food service knowledge a big plus
• Customer Service skills essential (interacting with business customers throughout the day)
• Wholesale operation not open to the public
