Night Manager

Shift Details: Flexible Part-Time hours between 5:30pm to 1:00am Sunday-Thursday Join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions of OKC as a Part-Time Night Manager! If you have an eye for detail and a passion for maintaining cleanliness, we want you to help us keep our clients' facilities spotless! As a Part-Time Night Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing Independent Contractors, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards. You'll enjoy the satisfaction of ensuring that our customers are happy with the cleanliness of their spaces. We believe in creating a positive work environment, where teamwork and support are at the forefront. This position will cover the Oklahoma City Metro area. Key Responsibilities: Maintain regular nightly route scheduleWork closely with Account Managers to review objectives and goals for nightly routeConducting inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standardsBuild and maintain relationships with new and current Independent ContractorsParticipate in all new starts as key contact for selected Independent Contractors Requirements Must have a valid driver's licenseMust have reliable transportation to visit clients' buildingsPrior experience in janitorial services or a supervisory role is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to qualityFlexibility in scheduling, with a willingness to work evenings or weekends. Benefits Compensation: Part-TimeHourly wage of $15 /hourMileage reimbursement up to $600/month Schedule: 20-30+ hours per weekThe assigned evenings to work are flexible; most of our Night Managers work Sunday - Thursday eveningsThe assigned work hours are flexible, between 5:30 pm - 1:00 am. Many of our Janitorial Leads work from 6:00 pm - 12:00 am
