Night Manager

Essential Functions

• Develop and maintain productive, working relationships with Independent Contractors (IC) by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solving problems
• Review scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain existing business and gain new business
• Communicate with Facility Solutions Manager daily for any issues that need immediate attention, including the nightly recap via email or phone message
• Make recommendations for IC work assignments, manage to client standards and company guidelines and discharge if not meeting service level agreement
• Manage inspections, customer complaints, customer requests, new client starts, or VIP treatment needing attention
• Execute City Wide's New-Start Policy, Customer Compliant Policy, Star Policy, and other operational policies and procedures
• Use City Wide's CRM program nightly to perform inspection reports, upload facility photos, etc
• Ensure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment and their proper use
• Other duties as necessary

Requirements

• A high school diploma is required, and experience in the commercial janitorial services industry is a plus
• Three years of management experience, with skills in coaching, motivating, and leading teams across multiple locations
• Top-notch planning and organizational skills, paying attention to the small details that make a big difference
• Natural effective communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with independent contractors and City Wide Facility Solutions personnel
• Reliable transportation

• Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus)

Pay

Hourly: $22.00 - $24.00
Potential yearly bonuses
401k, potential matching and profit sharing
Mileage Reimbursement: $330

Schedule

Night shift role with start time of 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM and ending from 1:00-3:00 AM. Routed out by FSM into a variety of accounts.
