Night Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Night Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the facility operates efficiently and safely during nighttime hours. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing emergencies, and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks to keep the facility operational.
• Respond to and resolve emergency situations promptly.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures.
• Document all work performed and report findings to supervisors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance or similar field.
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using common maintenance tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• First aid and CPR certification preferred.

Pay

$20.00 per hour.

Schedule

Night shift work, typically from 7 PM to 7 AM, with some weekend and holiday coverage.
