About the Role

As a Night Maintenance team member, you’ll work third shift to lay the groundwork for another great day at Cracker Barrel. From the kitchen to the front porch, you focus on the details—clean floors, spotless equipment, and a store that is as fresh as the first day it opened.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of floors, equipment, and overall store environment
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
• Work independently during overnight shifts to prepare the store for the next day

• Believes a clean, well-kept space is a foundation of great hospitality
• Takes pride in working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly
• Follows safety and cleanliness standards
