Night Maintenance

About the Role

As a Night Maintenance team member at Cracker Barrel, you’ll work third shift to prepare the store for the next day. From the kitchen to the front porch, you’ll focus on cleanliness and maintenance—ensuring floors, equipment, and the entire space meet high standards of hospitality. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on quiet, focused overnight work and takes pride in behind-the-scenes efforts that keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including floors, equipment, and dining areas
• Follow safety and cleanliness standards to ensure a welcoming environment
• Work independently during overnight hours to prepare the store for the next day

Qualifications

• No prior restaurant experience required—training will be provided
• Commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness and hospitality
• Ability to work effectively on an overnight shift
