About the Role

As a Night Maintenance team member, you’ll work third shift to lay the groundwork for another great day at Cracker Barrel. From the kitchen to the front porch, you focus on the details—clean floors, spotless equipment, and a store that is as fresh as the first day it opened.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of floors, equipment, and overall store environment
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
• Work behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly
• Perform focused, overnight tasks to prepare the store for the next day

Requirements

• Believes a clean, well-kept space is a foundation of great hospitality

• No restaurant experience required—training provided
