Night Lead (Full Time)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Aid the janitorial staff with their work assignments.
• Maintain adherence to established cleaning standards.
• Model exemplary cleaning practices and employee relations.
• Take inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Train and guide the janitorial staff.
• Attend meetings and in-service training sessions.
• Perform all janitorial duties as assigned.

Janitorial Team Lead Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the janitorial field.
• Previous experience as a janitorial lead is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in various cleaning methods.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication and customer service abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
