Night Lead (Part Time)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Aid the janitorial staff with their work assignments.
• Maintain adherence to established cleaning standards.
• Model exemplary cleaning practices and employee relations.
• Tally and report on the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Train and guide the janitorial staff.
• Attend meetings and in-service training sessions as necessary.
• Perform all janitorial duties as assigned.

Janitorial Team Lead Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the janitorial field.
• Previous experience as a janitorial lead is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in various cleaning techniques.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Effective communication abilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
