What You'll Do
Provide leadership and clinical support throughout the facility overnight
Assist with staffing needs, assignments, and staff management
Round routinely throughout the building to support patients and employees
Serve as a visible, approachable resource for the nursing team
Complete cart compliance checks
Complete required daily audits and ensure appropriate follow-up
Assist with staff education, coaching, and reinforcement of expectations
Identify concerns and help resolve issues before they become larger problems
Promote accountability, teamwork, and quality patient care
Provide emergency cart coverage when necessary (rare)
Remain hands-on and willing to assist patients and staff when needed
Communicate significant concerns and follow-up needs to nursing leadership

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
- Previous supervisory, Charge Nurse, or leadership experience preferred
- Familiarity with Matrix and facility systems preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
- Able to effectively lead and support an overnight nursing team
