Position Overview

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Night Shift Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) to join their growing inpatient medicine team at AdventHealth Daytona Beach. This is a full-time, hospital-employed position offering a 7-on/7-off night schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight admissions and cross-coverage for the hospitalist service
• Manage patients across general medical floors and ICU, with support
• Care coordination with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered inpatient care
• Participate in clinical decision-making and acute patient management
