AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) to join our Hospital Medicine team at AdventHealth New Smyrna Beach. This inpatient hospitalist opportunity offers a predictable 7-on/7-off schedule, strong team support, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient care in a collaborative hospital setting.

About the Role

• Inpatient hospital medicine role focused on admissions, rounding, and floor coverage
• Predictable 7-on/7-off schedule, 12:00 PM–12:00 AM
• Strong physician collaboration and clinical support
• Supportive onboarding and engaged medical leadership
• Opportunity to practice in a well-supported community hospital setting
• Open to experienced APPs and those with prior hospital-based experience

Requirements

• PA-C or APRN with an interest in hospital medicine
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, as applicable
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered inpatient care
• Eligible for Florida licensure
