Night Field Supervisor (72952)

Role Summary

Seeking an afterhours manager/supervisor to ensure that productivity, quality, and efficiency standards are met. They will supervise staff, coordinate workflows, resolve operational issues, and report to upper management.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Supervise and support frontline staff. Assist in scheduling and delegation of tasks. Monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Monitor output to meet production targets. Identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
• Compliance and Safety: Enforce company policies and safety procedures. Conduct regular safety audits and training.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare daily/weekly reports on performance metrics. Track inventory, materials and job progress. Maintain accurate records of nightly performance.
• Problem Solving and Decision Making: Respond quickly to operational issues or emergencies. Make data-driven decisions to improve processes. Coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements for workflow and efficiency. Lead or support special projects and change management efforts.
