Main Job Responsibilities
- Oversees and coaches Night Crew staff
- Aids in the operation of the grocery department by placing grocery orders, receiving and checking orders, storing and rotating products, arranging credits from vendors and processing invoices
- Stocks and faces products throughout the store
- Stocks and faces grocery displays with attention to quantity, quality, timeliness, appearance of displays and the merchandising plan
- Helps maintain integrity of organic standards for the bulk department
- Operates all equipment in accordance with PCC standards
- Ensures department sanitation, cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Models and provides excellent, professional customer service
- May be asked to handle price changes and signage

Qualifications and Skills
- Available to work the overnight shift, including weekends
- Proven ability to provide excellent, professional customer service
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Previous grocery and ordering experience required
- Excellent leadership, teambuilding and communication skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to meet physical demands including standing, bending, twisting, repetitive motion, and lifting 10-40 lbs on a regular basis
- A current Food Worker Card from the Washington State Department of Health is required
- If hired into this role, a Certified Food Protection Manager certification (for example ServSafe) is required (paid for by PCC)
- If hired into this role, a CPR/First Aid Certification is required (paid for by PCC)

Starting Wage: $31.15/hour. Additional $1.50/hour Night Differential when applicable.
