About the role

At Roseberry Care, we're on a mission to provide outstanding, person-centred care and we're looking for a caring, compassionate and enthusiastic Care Assistant.

Requirements

• Ideally have an NVQ2 in Adult Health and Social Care
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in Care although this is not essential
• Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills
• A genuine passion for elderly care and team development

Responsibilities

• Assist with washing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and continence care
• Help with mobility and transfers
• Offer companionship and a friendly presence
• Support mental and emotional well-being
• Observe and report changes in a client’s physical or emotional condition
