Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audit procedures to reconcile guest accounts, balances, charges, payments, and adjustments.
- Review and verify financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Balance daily revenue and prepare end-of-day financial reports.
- Generate, distribute, and maintain daily operational and financial reports for leadership teams.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in guest accounts and financial records.
- Provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours, serving as the primary hotel contact for guest needs.
- Aid guests with check-in, check-out, account inquiries, and payment processing.
- Answer and direct incoming calls while providing accurate information and assistance.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Maintain a welcoming, professional, and service-focused environment throughout the overnight shift.
- Review hotel and spa shift audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support overnight hotel operations by providing guest services coverage when other team members are unavailable.
- Assist with bell services, luggage handling, and vehicle parking as needed.
- Monitor hotel operations overnight and communicate important updates to department leaders.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, front office, accounting, auditing, or a related field.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial transactions and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight shifts.
- Ability to work overnight schedules, weekends, holidays, and other business-required shifts.

Pay
The pay rate for this position starts at $25.96/hour. The wage for this role may take into account factors for compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure or certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
