Night Auditor - Part Time

About the role

The Night Auditor contributes to the hotel's commitment to high quality guest service and teamwork and must be the kind of person who appreciates high standards of excellence. The Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work as well as all Hotel Host functions during the overnight shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and disposition all Night Audit work
• Perform Hotel Host functions during the overnight shift
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial transactions
• Handle cash and credit card transactions according to policy
• Assist with inventory management and room checks
• Support front desk operations as needed

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Previous hospitality experience preferred
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Availability to work overnight shifts (10PM - 8AM)

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Pay

The hourly wage for this position is $16.00 to $18.00 per hour depending on experience.

Schedule

Available to work overnight shifts (10PM - 8AM) on weekdays, weekends or holidays.
