About the role

Responsibilities

• Work the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) as the go-to team member for guest needs, questions, and check-ins
• Balance the books nightly—post revenues, reconcile ledgers, and ensure accuracy
• Handle guest requests and complaints calmly and professionally
• Manage reports, paperwork, and financial summaries
• Maintain security and confidentiality—close the day’s business with integrity

Requirements

• Front office experience (6+ months)
• Basic accounting knowledge
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and math skills
• Tech savvy with Excel and property systems
• Able to work overnight shifts reliably
