Night Auditor (Overnight Front Desk)

About the role

As the Night Auditor, you will ensure financial accuracy and guest satisfaction during overnight hours. This role involves conducting end-of-day audits, facilitating guest check-ins and check-outs, generating reports, and addressing guest needs while maintaining security and operational integrity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-of-day financial audits, reconciling accounts, verifying transactions, and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
• Facilitate check-in and check-out processes during overnight hours, ensuring accuracy in room charges, payments, and guest information.
• Generate and distribute daily reports summarizing financial transactions, room occupancy, and other relevant data for management review.
• Assist guests during overnight hours, addressing inquiries, handling reservations, and ensuring a positive experience for late arrivals or early departures.
• Monitor security and safety systems, address issues or concerns that arise during the night, and report incidents to appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role.
• Experience at a luxury hospitality property preferred.
• Background check required.

Pay

The starting pay range for this position is $26.00 per hour. Individual salaries will be determined based on experience and education.
