Responsible for ensuring The Ultimate Southern Gaming Experience by satisfying our guests and providing consistent, courteous service to all Hotel guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal level of guest services and satisfaction is achieved and maintained.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Some college courses in Hotel Management preferred.
• Must possess effective communication and organizational skills.
• Minimum of one-year accounting or audit experience required.
• Must be computer-literate.
• Previous Hotel/Motel experience preferred.
• Must be able to maintain a professional, positive demeanor in stressful situations, always remaining polite to guests.
