Night Auditor

About the role

The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of guest check-ins and check-outs, managing room inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify guest information and payment details during check-in and check-out processes.
• Manage room inventory, including making reservations and canceling bookings.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Perform nightly reconciliations of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the guest rooms and public areas.
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay
