Night Auditor

About the role

We are looking to add a reliable Night Auditor to represent Spearfish Canyon Lodge from 11 pm – 7 am and ensure that each guest has a pleasant stay with us!

Responsibilities

• Provide the best customer service possible; be the first person to welcome each guest to Spearfish Canyon Lodge and ensure this experience is a positive one
• Answer inquiries regarding location, lodging, rentals, and the Latchstring Restaurant
• Answer all incoming phone calls in a pleasant and efficient manner
• Maintain a friendly, inviting, and approachable demeanor
• Be reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Demonstrate strong communication and listening skills
• Ensure confidentiality, security, and safety of hotel guests
• Be willing to learn systems for lodging and rentals
• Maintain cleanliness of the front desk area, lobby, gift shop, and public restrooms
• Maintain a high level of professional appearance and demeanor

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• At least 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
