Night Auditor

Responsibilities

• Guest Interactions: Be the friendly face guests remember by checking them in and out, addressing inquiries, and ensuring their comfort.
• Financial Transactions: Manage guest billing, handle cash and credit card procedures with precision, and balance the books for the night.
• Night Audit Functions: Perform night audit tasks to ensure financial integrity and accuracy of hotel operations.
• Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints with professionalism, offering alternative solutions when needed.
• Maintenance and Documentation: Report maintenance issues and guest accidents, keeping everything running smoothly and safely.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (Some college preferred)
• Skills: Strong accounting, math, and financial transaction handling
• Experience: Prior experience with cash handling, credit card processing, and basic math concepts is preferred
