About the role
The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the nightly closing process, ensuring all accounts are reconciled accurately, and preparing reports for management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly closing process
- Ensure all accounts are reconciled accurately
- Prepare detailed reports for management
- Handle inquiries from guests regarding room charges and other financial matters
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to resolve discrepancies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a hospitality setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
