What You'll Do
- Welcome late-night guests and provide friendly, professional service
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests overnight
- Complete the hotel's nightly audit and balance daily transactions
- Run reports and prepare the property for the morning management team
- Keep the lobby and front desk area clean and welcoming
- Monitor the property overnight and ensure a safe environment for guests
- Communicate important notes for the morning management team

- Friendly and professional with guests at all times
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel systems
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required
Schedule
This position works overnight shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM). Applicants must be comfortable working overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
