Night Auditor

About the role

Our Night Auditors are the unsung hero of our guest operations. It takes a certain type of person who can work solo on an overnight shift and ensure our morning staff are set up for success.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling accounts and ensuring all accounts are reconciled each night
• Preparing morning paperwork for Front Desk and Housekeeping
• Completing nightly cleaning assignments
• Serving as the point of contact for guest requests and communications
• Inputting and retrieving information from the reservation system
• Assisting with reservations and providing directions and information as requested
• Securing all doors and gates on the property
• Conducting a floor sweep of areas
• Helping late-to-arrive guests check in

Qualifications

• Availability to work overnights, 11pm to 7am
• Friendly and smiling demeanor
• Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
• Ability to stand throughout shift and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
