About the role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of guest accounts, managing room inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Verify guest account balances and process payments
• Manage room inventory and ensure accurate check-ins and check-outs
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
