Night Auditor

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of front desk operations and serve as a key point of reference for guests and vendors.
• Extend professionalism and courtesy, demonstrate outstanding communication skills, and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Possess flexible scheduling availability as required.
• Check‑in and check‑out hotel guests.
• Process all payments according to established hotel requirements.
• Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors.
• Prepare all necessary reports during each shift for the management team.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
• Effective in handling workplace problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving them as necessary.
• Ability to identify and correct potential security problems (e.g., locking doors after hours).
• Ability to work alone and perform well in stressful situations.
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service.
• Physical demands: regularly required to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Work hours are variable based on guest occupancy, season, staffing, and other factors; no guaranteed weekly hours.
