Night Auditor

About the role

The Night Auditor is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the hotel's nightly operations. This position is part of the WoodSpring Suites Lake Jackson location, which is a well-established Choice Hotels extended stay brand managed by Gulf Coast Hotel Management, Inc.

Responsibilities

- Oversee hotel’s nightly operations. - Conduct a variety of tasks during the overnight hours. - Ensure accuracy and efficiency in guest check-ins and check-outs. - Handle cash transactions and maintain financial records. - Perform inventory checks and ensure room cleanliness. - Communicate effectively with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments. - Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding guest information.

- Reliable and detail-oriented. - Passion for hospitality. - Excellent communication skills. - Honesty and integrity are paramount.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in a similar role preferred. - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
