Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audit of hotel accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurate and balanced.
- Manage the front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Reconcile daily revenue reports and communicate discrepancies or issues to management.
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and room assignments as needed.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of nightly activities and prepare reports for management review.
Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality or front desk operations preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks overnight.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with property management systems and MS Office.

Pay
Competitive compensation at $20.50 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
Schedule
