Night Auditor

About the role

We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our Front Desk team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. Our team is committed to providing exceptional service and experiences for our guests, and we believe in supporting our associates to help them thrive.

Responsibilities

• Run audit reports/journals from the front office system, Point of Service and the computer.
• Make corrections and adjustments and handle all computer problems that might occur throughout the shift.
• Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files and reset the system for next day operations.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Outstanding customer service interactions.
• Excitement for working alongside a team to achieve top-notch service.
• A keen eye for detail and understanding of guest experience from check-in until check-out.
• Comfortable addressing conflicts and making things right for guests.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
