Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer questions and provide information about the resort and local attractions
- Process reservations and guest payments
- Maintain accurate guest accounts
- Post room, dining, and other charges
- Balance daily revenue and resolve discrepancies
- Complete end-of-day audit procedures
- Prepare daily financial reports for department leaders
- Ensure smooth and secure overnight resort operations
Requirements
- Enjoys providing exceptional customer service
- Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Works well independently and stays calm under pressure
- Demonstrates professionalism and integrity
- Is comfortable using computers and learning hotel systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service, hospitality, front desk, or cash-handling experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be proficient with retail point-of-sale systems
