About the role
As a Night Auditor, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice!) of the hotel during the overnight hours. You’ll balance financial reports, assist guests with late check-ins or early departures, and ensure everything is ready for a smooth morning hand-off.
- Handling late-night check-ins and early check-outs with warmth and professionalism
- Balancing daily accounts and performing audit tasks with accuracy
- Preparing and distributing daily financial and occupancy reports
- Posting room charges, payments, and resolving billing issues
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff overnight
- Supporting guest requests and addressing any concerns with a problem-solving mindset
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless service delivery
- Taking initiative with any additional tasks from hotel leadership
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or college coursework is a plus
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit strongly preferred
- Comfortable working independently overnight
- Detail-oriented with strong math and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable and flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed

Pay
$18.00-$19.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule
- Thursday-Friday and Saturday (weekend availability required)
- 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Approx. 24 hours per week
