About the role
The Night Auditor will balance the books, lead the overnight shift, and provide upscale front desk service at The Admiral Hotel in downtown Mobile, AL.
Responsibilities
- Balance the Books: Audit, post, and reconcile daily financial transactions, room fees, taxes, and outlet revenue with precision.
- Lead the Night: Act as the overnight Manager on Duty, overseeing overnight staff and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Dazzle Our Guests: Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest requests with flair.
Requirements
- 1+ years of hotel front desk or guest service experience (preferred).
- Strong basic math, technical, and problem-solving skills (experience with Opera PMS or Micros POS is a plus).
- An eye for detail and a collaborative team spirit.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
