Night Auditor

As a boutique hotel in the heart of South Beach, we take pride in delivering exceptional guest service while maintaining the highest operational standards. We're looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and dependable Night Auditor who enjoys working independently and takes pride in ensuring both our guests and hotel operations are well cared for throughout the overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with professional, friendly, and attentive service during overnight check-in and check-out.
• Manage overnight Front Desk operations and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Complete the nightly audit by reconciling daily financial transactions and balancing accounts.
• Review guest accounts, billing, and payment activity to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare daily reports and verify reservations, arrivals, departures, and room availability.
• Maintain accurate records while following hotel policies, cash handling procedures, and security standards.

Requirements

• Previous hotel Front Desk or Night Audit experience preferred.
• A dependable professional who can work independently and make sound decisions.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using the Medialog Property Management System (PMS) is preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• English required; Spanish preferred.
• French or additional languages are a plus.
• Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
