About the role
The Hotel Night Auditor attends to guests' needs, including registration, checkout, and cashiering.
Responsibilities
- Review all guaranteed arrivals and verify that all credit cards are valid by running numbers that are not already in house
- Explain and provide any promotional items to each guest checking in
- Respond promptly to any guest inquiries or complaints and offer an alternate solution if guest demand cannot be met
- Cover other areas of hotel as needed
- Document any guest accidents by completing the accident report form
- Complete the maintenance log whenever a complaint is reported
- Maintain all areas of the front desk
- Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED required
- Customer service experience required
- Experience handling cash, credit card procedures, and use math concepts
- Attention to detail and organized
Schedule
- Hours: Full Time/Part Time, 11pm – 7am
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed
