The role is responsible for managing the hotel's revenue through strategic pricing and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies
- Monitor market trends and adjust pricing accordingly
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize occupancy
- Analyze data to forecast future revenue
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management or hotel operations
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Experience with PMS systems
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of hotel industry best practices
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with hotel reservation systems (PMS)
- Understanding of hotel financials and profitability analysis

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
