About the role
Step into a trusted, dynamic role at The Solaris Residences—one of Vail's premier luxury properties—where your attention to detail and calm, confident presence set the tone for the overnight guest experience. As Night Auditor, you'll serve as the overnight leadership of the property for two nights per week, seamlessly balancing front office operations, guest service, and financial accuracy in a polished residential hospitality environment. This dynamic role goes beyond the desk, with responsibilities spanning Front Desk, Bell, and Valet support, occasional light housekeeping or maintenance requests, and the critical task of reconciling daily financial transactions. Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly audit processes, reconciling guest folios, billing activity, and daily reports with precision.
- Manage late-night check-ins, early departures, and guest communications, providing seamless service and accurate information.
- Support overnight guest experience with hands-on assistance, including luggage handling and arrival/departure needs.
- Safely operate valet services, parking and retrieving guest vehicles in line with property standards.
- Maintain a strong overnight presence, monitoring property activity and responding calmly and professionally to guest needs, issues, and unexpected situations.
Qualifications
- At least 25 years old (insurance policy rule).
- Legally able to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without a specific end date.
- Dependable, self-directed professional who thrives in an overnight environment and takes pride in getting the details right.
- Calm, composed approach to problem-solving with polished and attentive guest service skills.
- Strong sense of accountability and safety.
- Prior hospitality experience.
- Technical comfort with systems.
- Discipline to stay sharp and productive throughout the night shift.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $26/hour + tip potential
- Schedule: Two overnight shifts per week with opportunity to provide coverage, additional support and growth
