Join Crescent Hotels & Resorts as a Night Auditor at the Remi Hotel, an Autograph Collection property in downtown Scottsdale’s Entertainment District. This 161-room hotel blends classic western elements with modern design, featuring five distinct food and beverage outlets—from a 1940s-inspired café to a Miami-style rooftop pool deck. The hotel is steps away from Maya Day + Nightclub, a premier destination for poolside parties and world-class DJ performances.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk duties during the night shift, including check-in/check-out and reviewing guest payments from the day shift.
• Act as the primary point of communication for guest needs and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy; record and analyze computerized financial information.
• Control and secure cash and cash equivalents according to property policies.
• Audit and reconcile all revenue postings, arrivals, departures, and financial transactions.
• Balance rooms daily and process financial transactions to ensure payment is received.
• Serve as the manager on duty alongside overnight security, following emergency procedures.
• Comply with attendance rules and perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience as a hotel night auditor.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Marriott brand, service, and systems knowledge is preferred.
