About the role
The Night Auditor is a team member of the ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Aurora location. This is a new, fast-growing extended stay brand and in a prime location.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the hotel’s nightly operations.
- Conduct a variety of tasks during the overnight hours.
- Ensure guest rooms are clean and ready for the next day.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Manage room inventory and maintenance requests.
- Perform cash counts and reconcile accounts.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
