NICU - Respiratory Therapist - Night Shift

About the Role

Performs comprehensive respiratory care for patients based on physician orders, acting as a key resource for medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Administers respiratory therapies
• Consults on treatment effectiveness
• Performs assigned duties to support patient care

Requirements

• Graduate of a CoArc-approved Respiratory Care program
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• PALS certification required for ER staff
• ACLS certification preferred

Skills & Physical Demands

• Proficient with respiratory devices
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to perform physical tasks such as kneeling and crouching
