About the Role

The Neonatal ICU Nurse will utilize the nursing process to assess patient needs, develop a care plan, and provide direct and indirect care. They will lead the patient care team towards achieving goals in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess patient needs and develop a care plan
• Provide direct and indirect care to neonatal patients
• Lead the patient care team towards goal achievement
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination
• Participate in ongoing professional development and education

Requirements

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Preferred: At least five years of clinical experience, one year of charge nurse experience, and one year experience in the Neonatal ICU
