NIBCO Manager- Seasonal

About the role

This is a full-time position within the City of Elkhart's Department of Public Works.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair city infrastructure including roads, bridges, and utilities.
• Respond to emergency calls and perform maintenance tasks as needed.
• Assist with planning and implementing projects related to public works.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of city infrastructure and maintenance practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Skills

• First aid certification preferred.
• Experience with heavy equipment operation.
• Good physical fitness.
