NI-Advanced Practice Provider, Surgery: Breast (PA)

Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.

Qualifications

• Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in the State of Illinois
• Active PA board certification (NCCPA-C)
• Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification (Hospital only)

Work Experience

• Surgical experience preferred
• Interest or prior exposure to breast surgery, oncology, or women’s health is highly valued
